Normal Rotary Club of Normal, Illinois

Club Administration is concerned with the week to week activities of the club meetings.   Chair: Director Michelle Houchin

Club Programs - Pamela Sweetwood;  (Plans and coordinates the weekly programs.  There are no outside speakers on the first Wednesday of each month when the focus is on Rotary Business.)

Greeters, Lottery, Head Table - Becky Goeckner (Plans and coordinates persons to greet members, conduct the lottery and sit at the head table every week.)

Birthday Auction - Gordon Ropp, Chair;  (Conduct and coordinate the monthly auction of donated birthday gifts.)

Invocation / Rotary Reflections – Jim Fagin  (Coordinate members to present inspirational words or an invocation to start the weekly meeting.)

Judges - Rebecca Landau, Ben Gildersleeve, Bruce Bergethon and John Morris  (Leaders who impose fines for members in the news and who collect Happy Fines for good things that happen to members.  The judges add fun and flavor to our weekly meetings.)

Banners - Mark Sherman, Chair (Maintain the large panels with banners collected from other clubs and coordinate the storage and display of those panels.)

Sergeants-at-Arms – Mike Schulte and Ed Tanton (Assure that all things are in place for each meeting)

Audit - John Morris, Chair;   (Review the financial records of the Club every year to keep us honest and solvent, in keeping with the Four-Way test.)
